"Start by doing what's necessary; then do what's possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible." – St. Francis of Assisi.
I am glad I found this quotation today. I have certainly been going backwards. I am always trying to do the impossible without starting with the necessary. Recently I am looking for the energy to do anything at all. My get up and go has got up and went and I do not know where to find it. I hear eating more protein will up my energy. I just need to get the energy to go to the store and buy things with more protein. I think I will take a nap first. I did not drink coffee today because I realized yesterday it does not help anymore. I take a daily multivitamin that promises energy and I remember feeling it when I first started taking them months ago but no more. An old friend told me it is the way I breathe that holds me back. What is going on? I used to be unstoppable.

By the way, the ribs were incredible and yesterday's porkchops are still on my mind. I love food from the grill. On My Goodness! I am going to put fish on the grill. That should up my protein and my energy. Supposedly, a person weighing 150 lbs. should eat 55 grams of protein per day, a 200-pound person should get 74 grams, and a 250-pound person, 92 grams. If I eat a big fish that should almost knock the whole day, huh? Hooray!!!

Oh boy, she is awake. She must have heard my excitment. We were out front getting sun today. I have a monster bush cutting project with only manual tools. I have the inside done. I have to get the taller outside done. I will do that in the sun tomorrow after my protein energy kicks in. Giggles. Wish me luck! This protein idea has to work. So much for a nap. It is a good thing she is so cute and so much fun. Off I go to be Mommy!
